At
Hibiscus Home, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but
we do understand that on occasion, you may want to return an item.
We promise to put it right immediately, by refunding or replacing
your order.
Please e-mail info@hibiscushome.com with
your order details and the reason for your return and send the unused
item(s) back to Hibiscus Home, 127 Littlemoor Road, Leeds, LS28 8AP, in it's
original packaging, within 14 days of receipt (7 days if you
are fully cancelling your order).
Please ensure items are wrapped securely and
we advise you use insured, registered delivery to return them, keeping
the receipt, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged
in transport. Please note postage is only refunded by Hibiscus Home,
if in the unlikely event, the goods are faulty.
Please read each product label for care information
as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have
been damaged in the wash (please note cushion covers and curtain
panels are dry clean only). Any orders will remain the property
of Hibiscus Home until we have received full payment for the price
of the goods, plus postage and packing.
